Wow! What a day I had. It was so wonderful. Fred and I got up early and he put my scooter lift on the back of the truck. For the first time ever I got to use my scooter while shopping. I didn't realize how long it has been that I haven't been on this site! How time flies. I still religiously wear my Daily Strength tee shirt, the Crohn's hasn't gone away, but I'm doing better than I have in Years. Hay great news, I went to my new doctor again today. BP normal and I can go to work up to 20 hours per week. I have started theripy on my leggs again to strengthen them. Walking every day rain, shine, snow or hail as that will keep the musles growing. The new doctor said to start lifting 5 pound bags of potatoes. this is to strengthen my arms. just really in here to have an update, not been on here much lately, been so busy with recovery and all sorts with the kids.
Discovered a diary , which i tell myself about my illness, when I read it, I was screaming for help, but no one was listening. Hence the bottle.
