Just diagnosed yesterday. Pain is manageable but am off work because I am so weak and tired. My brain even feels lethargic. I'm a 61 year old first grade teacher. How long does it last? I need my energy back. any tips?

Ya..umm...I think cronic fatuige comes along with this. I am tired all the time even without the shingles pains. ASK the doc.

it can last from a month to 5 months but you might want to look into eldaberry juice it helps you get over it faster and helps with the fatugued drastically ....i'm a mom of 4 kids out for summer break and i'm tired all the time
