I am a 50 yr old male battling an illnes for 6.5 years now. My symptoms are fatigue, weakness, achiness, nausea, dizzyness, mild body acne, pungent odor from urine and some disfunction with cognitive functions.

I have been to more than a dozen MDs and have been tested for obvious things like HIV/aids, hep A, B, C, gonorhea, syphilis, clymidia, parasites, red and white bllood cell counts, lymes disease and even diabetes. ALL negative.

I beleive that this is an STD from a woman i met way back in 1997. She was a low income persdon from SoCal whose BF had just left her for a man. Wonder how many times he chated on her in their 9 yr relationship? She also slept with a person just released from a 1 yr jail term. Plus, after we slept together once, she let me know whse was not chunky but 4-5 onths prego. It was a nightmre to meet this woman and have had a "quicky" with her.

My immediate symptoms were itchiness around my penis m(she claimed it was her douche), pungent odor from urine and slight burning sensation. All initial urine tests were negative for bacteria. I then felt an itchiness in my anus as well. I went to MD after MD who could not help and all tests, as written above, were negative. I am sure some MDs considered me a hypochondriac.

My health is at an all time low and I am in much pain, getgting sicker monthly and can no longer work. I am on here as a last chance that someone out there has heard of this illness, especially if from SoCall =where she came from.

I would appreciate and be greatful for all input. It was not easy for me to post this publicly.

Thank you in advance.

" OK,

I believe it's time to start seeing a psychologist. You have classic psychosomatic guilt symptoms. You feel bad about having sex with the woman and you seem to be torturing yourself. The mind can make you just as sick as any virus can.

Psychosomatic illnesses are no less real than those caused by bacteria or viruses. But they need different treatments.

Good Luck "

" Are your kidneys and urinary track all clear? Sometimes infections can get in deeper if not treated right away or treated fully. Is the strong urine odor from something else, like what your eating or drinking and is it all the time. How about the color?

It sounds like maybe you could relax a little about the std's and start worrying about other things such as stress, anxiety or even psychosomatic symptoms. Hang in there, hopefully they will figure it out. "
