Last year at this time I had a laser surgery to remove a wart on my penis shaft. It was tough but I had to do it. The wart has not come back at all and am very happy. I have also not gotten any herpes around the mouth area in quite some time. I have been dating a girl for three months and I had always made sure I had no cold sores (which means the virus is present?) before having sex. It has been going great to the point eventually I am thinking of marriage. My question is with the warts fully removed from my penis, what are the chances that she has caught the herpes virus? I am scared and any help would be great.

Are you having unprotected sex? If you have hpv then chances are so does she even if no warts are visible. If you have been having unprotected sex and you have herpes then chances are she will too. Even with protected sex, your taking chances of getting something but even more so with unprotected sex. Please be careful.
