I have had GW for 3 months. Two days ago, I suddenly found a 4 mm round warty thing on the hood of my clitoris. It hurts. Would this be a wart too or a pimple? Aren't warts supposed to not hurt? How do I treat it? I'm freaking out, stressed to the max.

I had the same thing and went to my OB GYN and found out it was HSV 1...warts don't hurt unless they are being pulled on, like a skin tab....if it hurts constantly, it's probably not a wart. I would go to the dr and have them culture it for HSV...I knew I had HSV 1 in my system but have never had a cold sore....they cultured mine and it was negative for HSV 2.... sorry to have to tell you but you should get it checked out
