I dont think i do b/c i have no symptoms of anything. I was freakin out last yr. but then it's fine. what im tlkin about is : I shave my pubic hair and last year i noticed a fairly big...pimple i guess...eventually i popped it and it looked like a normal pimple. except as de yr went on if i press down on that specific area i can still feel a harden mass. much smaller but still there. this yr it reappeared then went away again. then another showed up. then went away. could this be an std or effects of shaving or something? i dont think they're razor bumps. too big for that...they just look like big pimples some people get on their faces and stuff....help

Does the pimple hurt? Did it stay for a couple of days? I would go to the doctor and get tested for possible Herpes. I found out I had it when I was pregnact with my daughter seven years ago but I never had an outbreak. When i was reading about it. it said it can come up in a form of a pimple and not hurt. They have a blood test that could tell. Good luck I know how nervous and scared you may be.

herpes hurt......I get things that are like blood blisters and there is still a bump underneath. Like you said, it's like having a deep pimple....if you can pop it and it doesn't really hurt then it's probably just a normal pimple, there is such thing as genital acne....if its not extremely painful then it's really unlikely that it's herpes....I think you're fine...I have type 1 genitally and have only had 1 outbreak and it hurt to walk...I think you're just overreacting...it's always good to get checked and see what's going on in your body anyway, but I'm almost positive that what you're talking about is not herpes
