I feel I have made great strides toward becoming a more well balanced person lately because I have cleaned my house up really good and am not nearly so depressed and exhausted as I was use to being just a couple of weeks ago. Today I got my IRS stimulus check for $900. It was supposed to be $1200 but they didn't add my husband for some reason. So we called & they are supposed to be working on fixing it. But that's fine with me... it's still $900!!! Yesterday, I got my lab tests back from fasting glucose. I love my doctor. I'd told her that my full dose of meds made me feel outside my body and I'd been taking a half dose. She promised that if things were alright, then I wouldn't have to increase it. So, test results came back with good numbers; 7.5 for a1c and total cholestrol 217. I'm blessed.

So it is now the end of Day 1 of me being on the Master Cleanse/ Lemonade Diet.
