I feel like killing myself in horrible ways like I used to all the time. I haven't wanted to in a long time. I don't want to hurt everyone who cares. :( Help?

The terrible pain you feel is a normal reaction to suffering terrible pain already. Whatever happened can't be made to go away, but you can come to feel a bit better and find ways to cope. So don't do anything drastic before you talk to someone who cares, me included.
