I had a really bad dream and it was very nasty, and it painted this horrible fantasy, it was about a person who never done anything to me, and i the dream i liked, im so ashamed, its bad, i dont know what to do....i woke up aroused, im so dirty, any tips for making this go away?? to dream like that, doesnt that mean the thoughts were already in my head, right? gosh im dirty, but any help would greatly be appericated

i have all sorts of dreams and when i wake up im confusewd and lost and disgusted upset and hurt, every emotion u can think of, but dreams sometimes mean different things than what they seem. taje your mind of it by maybe writing it down then try 2 4get about it, watch tv, read a book, until another time when your maybe willing 2 try work out what it really means xx

I've done the same thing. I still feel very dirty at times about it, but my boyfriend is making me feel less bad about it sometimes.
