Anxiety At Night

I get a lot of anxiety and panic attacks at night or when it gets dark. I can't take it and don't know what to do. I spend most of my time in the bathroom and try to keep myself from throwing up. I'm tired of this and can't handle it. To be honest I get scared.
Anyone have any suggestions. I want to write then down.

" I have to deal with this also... and mostly at night I cannot get an ounce of sleep. I usually fall asleep as daylight comes... but.... I do as many coping strategies as I can. I made a list of things I like to do and could do in a crisis... and I use that at night... I find getting on here and having a hugwar takes my mind off of things.... But you have to try many things to find what works for you. Sometimes deep breathing helps, or meditation, or listening to relaxation music. Sometimes it helps to actually do something as in art, writing in a journal, emailing friends, reading books, doing crafts.... I usually am up all night feeling anxious, but I find if I keep busy... it makes things easier. I know everyone copes differently. Hugs to you !!! "

" I have the same problem but the doctor gave some anxiety meds that Im supposed to take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. but I only take it at night to help me sleep. maybe meds are an option for you . talk to dr. good luck big hugs from me "
