i had a friend that used to do that stuff.she used to write a scrip for the case that covers the points you need.i wanted her to reprogram my out look on life so i could be happy
but i didnt want her to find out why. bad mix eh?. so i didnt go. when i talked about the ways i cope she said have to ready any of this stuff because the way you think is like the way i work. i just learnt my ways from surviving. but i think it can work. if you implant a thought of self worth deep in side you it can only do good for you. i have worked with hypnotists on stage shows lots and it is reall and the change is amazing. i used to be scared to death of them though lost did this show thing about pretend your 5 or 6 years old i would not like that in case i went under and freaked out. but i am im quite scared of everything :P

A help hotline will not show up on the phone bill. If it is a 1-800 # it is free and will not show on any bills.

For the past three years I have been using hypnotherapy (on and off) to help me heal. It can work wonders! Through hypnosis I learned how to access blocked memories, reduce my depression and anxiety, overcome the shame associated with my abuse, improve my self esteem, and get in touch with my inner child to continue healing on my own. I highly recommend it, but make sure that your therapist is certified and preferably registered with the IMDHA - the international medical and dental hypnotherapy association. Not everyone who can hypnotize (stage hypnotists for example) can do so for therapuetic reasons. If you'd like to know more please feel free to message me and I can try to answer any questions you might have.

My therapist suggested it as a way to connect with hidden memories that I cannot remember but she warned me about seeking it to soon, she said that it was not suitable for someone in raw current trauma and that it would be best to wait until I was stable before looking into it and to also have plenty of support and backup for remembering things outside the sessions. I'm still interested in learning more but not right now, I trust my therapist and don't think I'd be able to handle fresh trauma if that's what is lurking in the 'forgotten' memories
