" I have been Dx with PTSD, depression, GAD. I cope with medications and therapy. If you're not in therapy I urge you to get into therapy asap. Find someone who specializes in trauma. "

" depression, complex PTSD and anxiety disorder.
Even though you have a diagnosis, doesnt mean this is permanent. There are ways to overcome anything, I believe.
There is therapy, medication and changing you thinking. This can be easier said than done. Not all medication works and therapy may or may not work or can take time. Positive thinking can take alot of will power but you just have to have faith and hope that something will help and your hard work will pay off. Try no to give into despair or be hard on yourself.
Some mental disorders may be hard to cure but can be manageable at least.
Try different methods to find what best suits you and you can try more than one thing at the same time. For example you can be on medication while you change your lifestyle.
For stress try to minimise stress, meditation, relaxation and exercise.
Emdr can help with PTSD and anxiety for some. "

" Depression officially. My therapist also suspects PTSD. I deal with the help of anti-depressants, therapy, and the love of my husband and pets. "
