Hey--I have a concern! My husband 51 and im 34...he is very private about his "computer time" and god forebid I even ask him what he's doing because he will fight with me for 1 week about his privacy, etc. I honestly dont mind looking at porn, but I honestly think he has an addiction. EVERYDAY as soon as I leave the house, he runs to the computer....i know this because i check the history on the internet ALL PORN SITES. Why does he block me out? Is this something men feel bad about? Also, we have not had sex in 1 yr because he has a very bad hernia....so do I get PISSED off, YES. He can watch his PORN but he cant even look at me. I am young, attractive, curves in the right places....anyway.... is this fair??

I highly recommend that all of you go to www.recoverynation.com and do some research. They have a recovery workshop for partners of sex addicts and it is very helpful, if in the very least to educate yourselves on what it really means to have a sex addict in your life. I would like to underline that it really has nothing to do with you...if he's an addict he's committed to feeding the addiction. It's a compulsion. If you were the hottest, curviest, sexiest, most beautiful and sexual woman in the world it would not make one iota of a difference. It's not about you. I used to come to this site and found it not very helpful. I came back today out of curiosity. I find that there are many people on this site who are ignorant about SA and make jokes or even worse~attempt to solicit to the very ones who struggle with addiction. This is why I recommend Recovery Nation. There is none of that there and there is an entire community dedicated to helping one another make their way through recovery and through the devastation that dealing with addiction can cause. You will come away stronger and so completely equipped to handle whatever you are up against (as long as you do the workshop lessons~and it's FREE!)
