I am going through withdrawals from SLA and I am feeling allkinds of things that are making me very ill. Physically I am both cold and swetaing like crazy, my skin is crawling, my stomach is so upset i feel like i need to through up, I just want to curl up in a ball and disapear. I think it would be better to die than feel what i am feeling right now but I am not going to kill myselff. i feel like i am dying. I feel like if I don't get the high that I need from having sex and feeling loved that i wont be able to feel real again.

Just like any other addiction you MUST take it not just one day ata time BUT one microsecond at a time. IT isnt easy and the process is difficult but man it is worth it!
Hang in there and keep on track. If you do, believe me, you will be sooo glad you did. Your mind will change and you will literally see the difference as you heal
