Hi I am having SA again because my therapist just had surgery and I do not know how my therapist is doing right now because of the meds after surgery. I really hate when I have these feelings but I just have to deal with them until the next session. Most of the time I am okay but when there is a situation like surgery my anxiety gets really hightened.
