Well my separation anxiety is at an all time high. I just had a birthday and no one to share it with so my SA is really bad right now. My children are all out of state and my therapist will not allow another appointment eventhough this is really bad. Being all alone on your birthday stinks big time. I will probably not talk to my therapist for a good week. It has been 19 years of being alone on my birthday and it sucks big time. I have tried every type of therapy and the only thing that has changed in my life is me. But unfortunately it is still not good enough for people to want to participate in my life. UGH!!!! I left town so that I did not have to look at familiar places and I do not know if I am going back. Right now the entire world could fold and I will not care. Lets face it no one here in VA even knows I exist so if the world folds well no big deal.
