sooo....i have a bad urge right now. so im going to do something that someone suggested to me one time that they say may help my urges and make me feel a little calmer:

Self Medicate by 40 Below Summer 5. Love Addict by Family Force 5 List the reasons as to why you love these songs: 1. because ffdp is EPIC! and i relate to their music well 2. i HATE this song, but i cant stop listening to it. WTF. 3. because it makes me feel kickass! lol 4. because i can really relate to it well and because its a good song. 5. lmao because it's suchh a fun song. it brings my mood up. lol this did somewhat help. yay! you can all try too if you wanna. im not sure why that even helped, but it did. well then! so long all. I am having an urge to SI as well so I rejoined this group. I guess I'll jump right in and I'll try it.

Because I just had to end a relationship that has been on and off for close to four years. It describes how much that relationship was like a war. 2. Because that is how I am feeling. 3. Because it says what I think and helps me cry. 4.Not really sure why. It is oddly comforting. 5. Cause I would love to blast my ex with this song cause I know he'll regret his behavior eventually again.
