I messed up!!!

I messed up last night...I gave in to the feelings that I have been fighting back this whole time...I really did a number to myself and I see it today and I am sick to my stomach and mad at myself...another few scars to remind me...I felts worthless and helpless...I couldn't fight it and I broke down...me alone in the bathroom on the floor in tears and my torn up leg...I knew if i did any other part of my body I wouldn't been able to stop...It's been over a year since I did this but, this time it is worse...
Everything that has been going on just came crashing down on me at once...full force. I feel stupid and I feel like an outcast...I am even hesitant to post this.

The sick part is, is that I felt better...I feel like a failure because i was doing so well...well if you consider drinking the Substitute for it...The evidence of last year was finally fading and traces of the past where ever hard to tell but, now...its back to covering up.

I feel so dumb and hopless

" You aren't a failure! Okay, you slipped up once, that's not a big deal, I know that you may think it is.
But pick yourself up again, dust yourself off and start again. You've done so well, don't give up now. Just start again, you've done it before so do it again.
Tell yourself it doesn't matter, it was only once and that's it, finished. And start again, start a fresh.
I'm here if you need me "

" You are not a failure, you are strong for even being able to stop for a year. That means you will be able to stop someday. Please dont give up, continue to fight. Message me anytime you need to talk. "
