does anyone have anything that has worked for them to help them quit cutting or SI because i am trying to quit and i just cant do it alone...

well the thing is, you cant do it alone. but u can do it. its so possible. if i can do it (almost 5 weeks now!) anyone can. for a start, its not all in the distractions, like rubber bands and stuff, its in the healing on the inside.. which sometimes means confronting your past. im forever doing that, it hurts, but once its done.. its really done. a counsellor (honestly.. what worked for me, a christion one, they not so into drugs and crap), and deal with past stuff well.

no sorry to be blunt hun, ive got 17 stitches at min, my mum supportin me but cant be there all time, this is ur best place, u think of cuttin cone on ere coma saved me last night bless him xx

thanks guys i am just trying so hard to beat this i start couseling on the 11th of june. so i am hoping that will help me kick this i really dont want to do this any more....thanks for your replies hugs to you both!
