i'm listening to nine inch nails "hurt" and usually i have someone to talk to but i dont think they want to be bothered. they have kids and so much going on in their lives, why should i reach out to them even tho i try to be there for them.
all i see is blood. all i want is pain. i have so many razors to choice from. its ben 6 months but i cant do this. i have no one, i dont want to go back to ECMC..but these thoughts are getting to me bad with everything going on in my life right now. I really hope you've managed to resist and well done for lasting as long as you have. If not though, I hope it didn't take much to get the relief you needed - and don't punish yourself over it either. It's probably best you contact someone for a good chat to get things off your chest.
