So I googled your question to try and get you a answer and this is what I found. I hope it helps..
How Long Do I Have to Get Stitches? If stitches are necessary, you will need to keep the wound closed with butterfly enclosures until you can get to an emergency room or urgent care clinic. Remember always, keep it closed and keep it clean. How much time you have depends on a number of factors. If the wound has a high likelihood of contamination, then you have about six (6) hours to get stitches before the wound will become too contaminated to stitch. Some wounds are not generally stitched because of severe contamination, human or animal bites are good examples. Wounds with less chance of contamination may be stitched as long as eight (8) hours after the injury. Depending on the wound, scarring can be minimized as long as 24 hours after the injury, but the longer you wait, the less likely that stitches will be possible. So If I where you I would try not to push it off till tomorrow.. This info I got from this website: http://firstaid.about.com/od/softt... Hope I helped some

The sooner the better - over 24 hours and they won't stitch it. Even then though if you wait too long they may not stitch it.
I ask the same question, why can't you get to the hospital? Just call the hospital, tell them what you've done and ask for an ambulance. It's that easy. Also, if it's deep you run the risk of losing too much blood. If you start feeling dizzy/lightheaded, your vision goes blurry, etc etc then you need to get to a hospital to avoid going into shock which can kill you. Please update us.

Hey there,
Sorry to hear about the situation. As others have said though, if you leave it too long they won't be able to stitch it because it has a high chance of infection, and a few other factors. It's still worth going to the hospital though, because if they can't stitch it, they will most likely put butterfly strips on and bandage it, making sure it won't get infected :) x
