first of all
my older sister commited suicide 2 years ago and her 20th birtdhay is coming up and i'm scared, I don;t kwo how i'm gonna handle it this year. i wnat to be with her so badly..... I wamt to cut right now buti don't have a tool.:( i miss her so badly. how do I help others going tru the same thing when I can;t even help myself? i allso have an ed and i'm strugloing bigtime with that as in I eat once a day and now I have no money for food. Im so sorry for your loss. :(
Try to think of all the good memories of her on that day. Try to be strong im sure she's looking down on you and would be proud if you didn't cutt. Im here to talk. And I will keep you in my prayers. *HUGS*

I'm sorry for your loss.
Don't support others heavily if you feel that you can't do it, it will only add more stress to yourself. I'm sure they'll understand. As for distractions, have you tried reading, writing, grabbing ice, red markers etc? They work at times for me. I'm here if you need any more advice, just add or message me, I'd be happy to help :) x
