Hello everyone. I am new to this site but needed to hear from those of you that have been through a failed IVF then facing FET. I have 2 children already ages 9 & 11-yes, I had my girls young-live & learn:)-which I have. Anyways, my hubby & I have been ttc for 3yrs. His count is low in which we had to pursue IVF to begin w/. I had a mc on 8/25/09 at 8wks/6days now Im looking at FET on 11/12/09. I hope this really works out because I had a HARD time trying to cope & deal w/ the loss, not to mention the D&C- I lost alot of blood & almost needed a blood transfusion. Everyone at my job knew I was PG because I was "showing" so even going back to work & norm was devastating. We had a nursery ready since the 1st & am looking at fulfilling it w/ a beautiful bundle of joy just a little nervous. Anyone facing or have faced this before?????

Hi, welcome to this group, everyone here is very supportive. I have gone through 2 failed IVF's, but I have never had any to freeze. I do have a 6 year old boy, but I've always wanted a big family. I am contemplating a 3rd and last IVF in January. It is a difficult road and never thought I would even get to IVF. How many embryos did you freeze?

I had 5 emryos to freeze but recently found out that only 2 "survived" after the 1st IVF transfer( we had 2 implanted in 8/09) . So we are having the last 2 implanted on 12/11/09-GOD willing. Thanks for the support!!

Sorry to hear about your misscarriage and failed IVF. I can understand your pain, secondary infertility has been the hardest thing that I have had to cope with in my life, it truely is like riding rollercoaster. Take care x

Thanks for the suppport! It's been almost 3yrs for us too-this is a roller coaster ride! It's sad how others don't understand the pain behind this all. Hang in there yourselves!HUGS
