So....I'm finished with my 5 days of clomid (100mg). I was surprised..I didnt have any side effects. Of course I didnt with the Femara either the first month, but by the time the second, third and firth months rolled around....UGH! I was starting to feel drained, sick and headache with it! I'm ready for Wednesday! I go to the RE for US/BW and hopefully I will have responded well to the cl...

Well, today is my first day back home, the past week I have been the worst I was the whole time I think, constantly throwing up 24/7 blood clots and bile acid. So, I just had my second visit with my counselor and it was great!!!! I was so surprised because I was so surprised to not like it. We've all said how frustrating it is to try to get others to understand what we're going through with SIF and I expected to feel the same with the counselor, but I really felt better when I left the session.

So today was my due date. I think that I handled it surprisingly well. My husband and I decided to celebrate the family that we already have today. I made a special dinner and we enjoyed some family time. I did light a small, white candle for my little lost baby. Looking at it glow made me happy. I felt very peaceful.

I am on day 16 and we had an ultrasound on day 13 and there was a follicle 20mm triggered that night,monday the 16th...of course sex and next nights we had to do the same thing and we are trying for it naturally since no money for IUI..se we used sperm friendly mineral oil..as a lubricant....since clomid dries up..sorry TMI....and canola oil can be used too....1 Recommendation -

Ok...So today I went in for my Day 3 US/BW..RE said that everything looked GREAT! YAY!! I'm so excited to be back on track with a new plan! He changed my meds to clomid. (I was on Femara and Gonal F) I wont be doing any injectables this cycle. It was exactly one year ago this month I was receiving daily chemotherapy injections of Methotrexate and Leucovorin as a result of my second miscarriage and continuously elevated HcG levels. YAY!!..I am SO excited! AF finally showed up this weekend...I called my RE this morning and I will be going in tomorrow morning for BW/US! We are SO ready to get things back on track! I am still staying very positive and working on keeping my anxiety away! "Secondary infertility" is difficulty conceiving after already having conceived and carried a normal pregnancy. Apart from various medical conditions (e.g. hormonal), this may come as a result of age and stress felt to provide a sibling for their first child. Technically, secondary infertility is not present if there has been a change of partners.
