Is there anything you want to change or improve about the treatments available?

I read earlier that being in front of the light box for the first time can cause nausea and headaches for example.

How are you coping with feeling really tired during the day, what do you do or use that helps if any??

I'm a product designer and for my fourth year project i'm trying to develop something that will help.

If you could give me some comments i'll see what i can do!

Thank yo for all your help!!

" Hi, as a product designer are you specifically working on tools to help combat the depression and lethargy? I'd like to hear more about this-I have been researching for many years- and was diagnosed in '89 when I took part of a study on both photo therapy and neg. ions...I would not even get out of bed if it were not for the lights- amongst the many things I do to counter the distress and many neg. effects this has on our lives during the darker, shorter days "

" hi and thanks for commenting!

yes, i'm looking to create a physical object to help with feeling low and lethargic outside the home, so eg. at work.

I've only just started my project, I'm researching sleep, so how we are affected with a new born baby, stress and SAD.

What i've learned is that these are very personal subjects and are specific and different to each individual. Currently i'm gathering people's experiences to help me generate ideas relevant to their stories.

i'd be happy to share my ideas to the stories when someone is brave enough to share! "
