" I was thinking the same thing. My joy seems to be fading along with the warmth and the hours of daylight. "

" Same for me. The last few years have been a bit easier ever since I met my wonderful partner but I can still feel my mood changing as the daylight shortens and the temperature drops. Let's all hang in there together! "

" I'm with you. I was good until that first snow, but now that the temp has dropped I've been able to feel the sudden shift in myself. "

" First it was subtle. I even thought it was just the usual down after a trip home. After vacation one tends to need to get used to things. But I was surprised about this immense feeling of wanting to cry all day, then I looked onto the calendar and it was mid september and since then it got worse, I am so tired, down. Cannot get up in the morning, that interferes severely with my work - good that I can make up that time, I also fall asleep on the subway on my way home, I am so tired, cannot even make it home. I just hope it's soon over. I normally suffer between Sept-Dec and last year it normalized then again. I just hope for that. I do acupuncture & qigong and lots of walks outside. I did read that walking outside even in minor daylight would help...let's see. "
