So here's what happened. I started looking at some discussions in my depression and my anxiety support groups, and I came across a post with some tips on gaining control and not succumbing to your anxiety. Somewhere in the list it says 'Positive affirmations ... read or say them every day' yada yada.
Then I did a google search for Positive Affirmations.

So on TOP of everything else in my life. My granddad passed away in his sleep on Friday morning. I am so sad, guilty, and just want to be with my grandma.
