I did very well the last two days! I didn't purge once. Mainly because my friend whom I took out to lunch for her birthday asked I not.

i did a 6km walk in manchester today it was hard work but it took me 90 mins to complete the walk and raising vital funds for the ms support research raised £310 and hoping fingers cross work will match it and double it. we also had a ms convention helpful with practicals and support.1 Recommendation3 Comments

I had counseling yesterday and learned a lot as usual. Work was very stressful this week because of clients at the shelter plotting against us staff by writing out lists to bring at the Sunday meeting. Okay so yeah my body is going fast into ticking mode for a baby right now. Oh my! This is the first weekend I am not on call and for "fun" I went shopping, takling my elderly mom - who likes to go out for such things at least once a week.
