" Phillie, Thank you for the positive comment. We only have 2 days until Savannah will have surgery but we are confident all will work out. All the positive outcomes have helped put us at ease. I feel like you all are our extended family. Thank you to all of you that have been such a great support and I will keep you all posted on her progress. I hope Savannah and I can be a support system to anyone going through this in the future. We feel blessed to have been put in contact with such a loving group of people and we love you all. We will be posting some pics on You Tube in a few weeks to show how far Savannah has come. God Bless and please pray for us in the coming days and weeks. "

" Good Luck on Monday. Savannah and your entire family with be in my thoughts and prayers. Of course it is normal to feel anxious and nervous... the anticipation in some ways was worse than the actual surgery! I know she will do fantastic! Hugs! "

" I want to update everyone on Savannah's surgery. Savannah was in the OR for 4 hours and 20 min. She received 2 units of blood during the operation. They sent her to the Peds ICU where she stayed only 18 hours before being moved to a regular Peds room. The surgery was on Monday and we were released on Saturday. Savannah has been weak and very tired but getting stronger everyday. She is about an inch taller and has lost close to 15 pounds. She stands so straight now and she looks so beautiful. Thank you for the support we have received from everyone. We couldnt have made it this far without you. God Bless and if anyone needs encouragement Savannah and I will always be here ! We love each and every one of you. "
