" I got mine 2 weeks ago, so too early tosay how well it is working at preventing further degregadtion. I am wearing it 3-8 hours a day, riding everyday and did my first dressage competion this weekend in it. I compete at high national level anjd foudn it quite easy to ride in. it is still a bit scratchy and irritiatitng as the straps and elastic have not yet broken in. But I already have noticebly less daily pain. It is quite expensive and my insurance only covered $1000, but compared to surgery, well it's nothing. I will let you know how it proceeds. "
