Hm I have no idea how to fix this, but lately I've been having the same problem. I do know that this is the very reason why they do surgery, is because as the curve gets worse it can start crushing your heart and lungs. The past three times I've been to the doctor and the check my blood pressure my heart rate has always been really high, my endocrinologist said she would run more tests the next time I'm there because it's not very normal. I've sometimes experienced this paid you've mentioned and sometimes I feel like my heart is just racing for no reason at all. I also have awful pain in my back, however my worse curve is in my upper spine. Let me know I you figure anything out and I'll be sure to do the same!
