Calcinosis of achilles tendon

I have sjogrens and crest and on my last scan of my ankle I was told I have large patches of calcinosis around the tendon . I have an appointment to see an orthopaedic surgeon ,what can I expect? Has anyone had this please and how did they treat it .I am lipping very badley most of the time .Thanks

" I have the sky-high anticentromere antibodies, and when my autoimmune disease flared up really bad for the first time, I very suddenly developed bilateral calcified heel and elbow tendons. I feel it is related to the anticentromere antibdies, but have been told it does not constitute calcinosis. Frankly, I think the doc's wrong on that score. "
