If any one has sciatic pain or a herniated disc my son had both and so did my sister and I had both of them buy an inverson table at walmart and they used it three times a day and it really took there pain away. but you must have someone there to help you get on it and off of it. and if you feel you cannot tolerate it then do not use it my sister already had a disc removed and she hurt herself lifting her grandson who has autism and he is twelve years old anyway she had so much pain and was constantly crying she bought this table and used it and now she's never home in which she was in bed all the time after she got hurt.I believe in this table because my son suffered for two years not wanting to live anymore but when he finally listened to me he bought it and is now doing well.
