Which exercises and stretches are good for sciatica? Which are bad? I especially want to know about bike riding, sit ups, pilates and common aerobic exercises. Please, this would help so much.

" Well they say pilates are really good. I would suggest laying on your back, and lifting one leg across your body to the other side and strecth it for ten seconds then repeat with the other side. anything with bending down or to the side can damage your more though if you move too fast. "
