i was making my mum lunch, and my brother was making his, then all of a sudden i was over the other side of the roof in the doorway watching myself strangle my brother he brought him to the floor then after about a minute he let go and he ran off into the next room.

my oldest brother, who is also schizo, as am i, tried to strangle our little brother. almost killed him. and his mother got him sent away to a mental institution. this sounds more like dissociative identity disorder to me though hun. because voices or something like that didnt tell you to go strangle your brother. you did it and didnt even know that you were doing it. do you have help for your schizo?
