when i hear voices i only hear one at a time. sometimes when im lost i my head though i talk to multiple people.

I used to hear only one voice, now it is more l like a bunch of voices all talking at the same time. Although, I haven't really heard them in a few weeks except for one incident.

I hear voices mostly when I'm thinking on how to solve an issue but sometimes when I'm anxious about something. Although their are times when I'm alone in a dark space they comfort me and times when they are upset with me for not listening to them. Sometimes its confusing and distorting because they all talk at once.
