I SURE DO. MY EX OF 6 YRS CHOKED ME, CHEATED ON ME, AND JUST BASICALLY DISAPPEARED WITH THE OTHER WOMAN. LOST SEVERAL FRIENDS TO CANCER. IT ALL HAS JUST BEEN TOO MUCH AND EACH EVENT IS LIKE A SLAP IN MY MENTAL FACE, SO TO SPEAK. NOT HANDLING LIFE TOO WELL. I WANT TO STOP OBSESSING ABOUT THE EX. I HAVE FANTASIES OF PUNCHING HIM TILL HE'S BLOODY. AWFUL, HUH?

I think stress is a major factor in the severity of spn symptoms, and so it makes sense that traumas (which are collossal stresses) would have an impact.

I truely believe that trama in one's life can make the symptoms worse. I have had a close family death which has caused my condition to become more than I can handle. I wish you well, and I hope you get to kick him in the nuts one day!!
