Sore Spots on my Head?

Okay, so I keep forgetting to ask, but I have had kinda sore spots on certain spots of my head ever since I was hallucinating. They've done an MRI and Cat Scan so it's not brain issues. Just wondering if anyont else has this. It's like a sore right after you hit your head on something, but I didn't hit my head. And its only sore when I touch it.

I'm not sure what certain type of schizophrenic I am, just that I'm schizoaffective. If I looked at a check list I could probably pinpoint what kind I am, but I frequently have hallucinations, cept now on the meds they aren't usually that bad (except school). And my sore spots are random and they just stay sore, they don't get bigger.
