Advice:
Music + Voices = ?

I tend to listen to music a lot, or always have real noises playing. It helps a little to keep the voices away, but it also makes my inner mind kinda more blank, and makes thinking harder. I'm not sure what to do, without music I get scared and I'm at the mercy of voices. With music, it helps them be quiet, but also makes my own innervoice be quiet. But right now, most of the voices stay inside my head anyway, with some coming outside when they "feel like it". So I was also wondering, if anyone else had other voices than their own that began in their head mostly, and does it get worse? I already hear voices outside my head, but that's much less specific and complicated than voices I guess. Thanks for reading and advising!

" I get voices but sometimes they contradict what is being said by the person talking. It's like I go deaf and the voice takes over. Then my mind will race at night will hallucinations and voices. The key for me is to slow my mind down and make sure I take my medications. I heard it does get worse if you don't seek professional help. "

" Thanks for your comments! :P And nights suck for hallucinations...seriously. Anywhoo, yea, I like music buut then it plays in my head over and oveer and begins forming as audio hallucinations, then my brain goes all quiet. It's kinda like a quick remedy to voices, but then it causes more issues in the long run, buut eh, I can't stop listenin to it for my weird little reasons. I need to see a professional darnit! "

" I find that I hear more auditory hallucinations if I am taking the wrong med, this disease eafects us all differently, or if I am not taking any medications at all. To find the right med is trial and error, and I am pretty sure when I first went to the hospital the nurses drew blood. I don't know if this was a procedure to find the right medication. I don't even know if that is possible. I should of asked but I was in another world at the time.
