My doctor started me on a remicade infusion last week to treat the skin involvement of my sarc. Has anyone else tried this and what were your results? I am in a lot of pain constantly and don't know how much longer I can deal with this. No kinds of meds have helped. Any suggestions?

" Hi Mindy,

My doc tried to get me on Remicade a few years ago but my insurance wouldn't pay for it because it is not approved for treatment of sarc(like anything is!). I have heard other sarcies going on it but I don't know if it works for them. I was actually glad it didn't work out as I am a hard stick for I.V.'s and didn't want to have to go through that. "
