Hi There,
I have noticed that my skin gets worse when I exercise too much, and when I get stressed I flush noticeably. I hate it because everyone notices. I think it is important to go to the doctor and find out exactly what kind of Acne you have, and also let them know that you are feeling stressed and sad. Talking with a counselor may help, too. If you do have Rosacea, you need to be really gentle with your skin and use calming skin products. Products that are meant for normal acne can make Rosacea worse. I like Yoga and taking walks for stress reduction. Take care! Hannah
