So I've been having back pain and shoulder pain. Then today I looked at myself in the mirror- really looked at my whole body, which I hardly ever do- and found my shoulders are uneven. Normally I look at one thing- my face, my nose, my tummy, my stretch marks, if my necklace is on the right way round, I don't see the big picture.
