Hi all,
I'm feeling like a teenager again - if only because all of a sudden I have lots of facial acne. I'm chalking this up to the Prednisone that I started two weeks ago... Has anyone else dealt with this side effect of corticosteroids? Have a great weekend everyone! RA Guy Posted on 07/03/09, 11:07 am |

Be careful doing those back flips with all your energy!!!!!! I get acne every time I am on Pred. I also get facial hair, it looks so lovely on a lady!!!!! I also have a hair trigger temp. when on Pred.

I've been on a low dose of prednisone and have not had the acne side effect. I have had an awful time losing weight and crave food and sweets all the time. It did help my pain immediately. Hopefully I will be able to be weaned from it soon. Just hang in there. This disease is a devil to deal with.
