Dropsies

Over the past 5 days to a week, I have been dropping everything. It's like as soon as I pick something up, it just slips out of my hand (fingers). Last night I picked up my camera, and I didn't even get to switch it on before it left my hand and went flying across the room and onto the floor.
Anybody else get this? I'm not liking it. Posted on 07/01/09, 10:07 am |

Yep! I had no idea this was a s/e of RA. Great. LOL, Glad you brought it up though because now I too understand.
I will say though -if you were in a car accident, it could also be related to that as well. I have a friend that didn't realize she had some spinal damage from a car accident, and dropsies was a huge factor in her figuring out that she did in fact hurt her spine. I guess I am suggesting that it is very possibly due to RA but I wouldnt' chaulk it up to RA if there is a possible other source. Sounds like when RA is under control people aren't having as much dropsies symtoms. I wonder if you are indeed going into a flare?
