Okay short of dropping ice cubes in my underwear and having an IV to drip coffee into me constantly to keep me awake the fatigue is really doing a number on me. My joints are feeling fairly good for me so I am slightly annoyed the fatigue is cutting into my "good" joint days.

What do you guys do to perk yourself up? Even if it only lasts for 5 minutes. LOL And please don't say take a nap!

" Regarding the coffee drip, what about a Diet Coke drip, mixed with softened chocolate? Might help. Or one of those neat thingamajigs that vendors carry with beer in it at ballgames and they just squirt the beer into a cup. Might work with diet coke. Although it could be heavy to carry around.

Seriously, the fatigue is a miserable symptom. Before I was diagnosed I would lay down for a 15 minute nap and wake up 3 hours later. After being on medicine for awhile that has subsided. It's a lousy component of the RA and very hard to manage. "

" -Eat your dark green veggies... raw!
Spinach salad with sardines, and brocoli and a little fish oil (or flax) in the dressing. Major boost for those of us who are anemic!
-Eat red meat if you're a meat eater.
-B vitamins, heavy duty multi (centrum forte)
-folic acid
-CALCIUM!!! Your body uses it for all kinds of metabolic activites... more than just building bones.
-Mangotseen Extract - gel cap not more than 3 times weekly.
-exercise... anything that you can do to just get your heart rate up a bit for even 10 mins. "
