Ive noticed some of you take fish oil with mixed results. i'd like to start taking it but how much do you take? I'd like to hear how it works for some of you.

" I am thinking of taking Dr. Barry Sears (Zone/Toxic Fat) fish oil due to my weight. Is this the same dose is what all of you are taking or is it highier. It's pretty expensive. Even on e-bay it's come out to more than a dollar a day. I don't mind if I am getting something better, that works.

Fish Oil Concentrate 4000 mg **
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) 1600 mg **
DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 800 mg **

" I found a product called "Mega Red". You can buy it from CVS or other drug stores. It claims one tiny pill is worth 3 fish oil pills. 6 fish oil pills or 2 Mega Reds is ideal for autoimmune diseases. Luckily you don't have to deal with fish burps of any kind from Mega Red. "
