Fatigue Rating Scale
0 – Fatigue ? What fatigue? ….I feel like a kid again!
1-3 “Normal” fatigue…..made it thru the day…bed by 9pm
4 -6 More fatigue setting in...no work, stay home all day

I'm still having a lot of fatigue, but, I'll just have to accept that, it's another part of having RA. I try to focus on the many things I have to be thankful for, and one of them is that my Mom's ashes are finally being returned to me on Tuesday! I have been working in a book called, Freedom From Addiction by Neil T. Anderson. I got into it through a 12 step recovery group. It has changed my life. I get into it and don't want to put it down. It has a workbook and I get to really apply what I've learned.
