" Wow!! Those 2 videos were truly an eye opener. Particularly the part about the genetic predisposition and the possibility of environmental triggers that start it up. I was a smoker for 30+ years, but quit in 2000....and now have RA. One study shows that smoking probably is a trigger. Wish I had known that 39 years ago!! "
