Reoccurence w/ Rhabdo

my son was diagnosed in oct 08 w/ rhabdo (embyonal) in his sinus cavity. they removed it in 2 successful surgeries then continued w/ radiation and chemo (VAC). now, it is june, and we are faced w/ a reoccurence. i am scared to death....i know this is bad but don't want to hear this anymore....i just want to hear HOPE and ENCOURAGED and other good things. we are at children's hospital of Pittsburgh. we are having surgery this tuesday to try to remove the tumor. it went thru the lining of the brain (dura) and is in the brain...it is about the size of a grape and last mri (1mth ago) it was the size of a pea. at the time, surgeons got a small part in the sinus area that caused the concern at the time. now, the "thing" that was on the other side of the dura is bigger. when i questioned why they didn't get it then, they said he already had an infection in the sinus cavity and going thru the dura might have caused more problems. they also weren't sure what it was due to it being unclear on the MRI......

i need someone out there to give me hope and encouragement that this has been cured and can be cured....my son is my heart and i can't live w/o my heart
