My daughter used Vincristine during her 42 week treatment. She handled it well, side affects were constipation and occasional numbness in the legs with mild foot drop. Did not cause naseau.

Vincristine was probably the most helpful drug in my treatment. It didn't cause any problems for me, except that it makes hair fall out very quickly.
